Shipping & Returns
Order preparation
- Hardware Bundles usually ship in 1–2 business days.
- Ready-to-Assemble Kits usually ship in 3–5 business days.
- Finished Gifts usually ship in 5–7 business days.
Preparation time begins after we have everything needed to complete the order, including any required images. Carrier transit time is additional. Orders currently ship within the United States by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.
Returns
Unused, unassembled, non-personalized products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions. Returned items must arrive in their original condition and include all components.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and the original shipping charge is not refundable.
Personalized products
Personalized products—including images that we have formatted, printed, cut, or loaded—cannot be returned simply because the customer changed their mind. They remain covered if they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery and include a description and clear photos of the problem. We will repair, replace, or refund the affected item as appropriate, including reasonable return shipping when a return is required.
Refunds and cancellations
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the credit.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they ship or personalized work begins. Once personalized image work has started, the personalized portion of the order may no longer be refundable.
